Chili for Two - image needed
¼ lb. ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can chili beans, undrained
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 ½ t. chili powder
½ t. ground cumin
In a saucepan, cook beef, onion and
garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the
remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer
for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
