6 oz. Ramen noodles, crushed
1 c. slivered almonds
2-3 t. sesame seeds
2 t. butter, melted
½ bag coleslaw
⅓ c. vegetable oil
¼ c. vinegar
¼ c. sugar
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. sesame oil
In
a medium skillet over low heat, brown ramen noodles, almonds, and
sesame seeds (add last) with melted butter. Once browned, take off heat
and cool. In large bowl add coleslaw. In a small saucepan, bring
vegetable oil, sugar, and vinegar to boil for 1 minute. Cool. Add soy
sauce. To the large bowl, add the noodle and soy sauce mixtures. Toss
to coat.
