pizza dough

1 T. yeast
2 T. sugar
1 c. warm water
1 t. salt

2 T. oil
3 ½ c. flour


Mix yeast with sugar and water.  Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes until frothy.  Add the salt, oil, and flour to make soft dough.  Cover with damp cloth and let sit about 20 minutes.  Roll out and top with sauce, cheese and toppings.  Bake at 400° for 15 - 20 minutes.
