3 T. butter
1 c. half and half
⅔ c. parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
8 oz. noodles
Melt butter in skillet over medium
heat. Add half and half and turn to medium high. Bring to a boil.
Slow boil about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Cook noodles. Drain
water and pour noodles into sauce. Add parmesan cheese on top. Season
with salt and pepper.
