1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
Mix together
4 1/2 c. flour
1 t. soda
1 t. salt
2 t. cream of tartar
2 t. vanilla
Bake at 325 for 10 miutes.
I topped these ones with a pumpkin cream cheese frosting and they were absolutely delicious, but I usually use a butter cream. These are actually really good without frosting too. They should be soft.
