1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup grape or apple juice
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salad oil
Combine ingredients and pour over pork chops. Marinate until ready to cook (at least 30 minutes.) Grill until done.
